In Minnesota, January is long and cold. But you don’t have to be blue and angry with this month’s Jell-O cocktail.
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup Blue Curaco
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 box Berry Blue Jell-O
Optional: Maraschino cherries (spring for the good ones, people!)
Mix together the boiling water and Jell-O, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the pineapple juice and alcohol. Pour into plastic shot glasses and chill until gelled. Top with cherries.
